What are the hours to access the location?

This location has 24 hour access.

Do you have security cameras?

Yes there are multiple security cameras set up for your protection. We also recommend purchasing a battery operated LTE or Wi-Fi camera to place in your unit. You can access our Wi-Fi for a low monthly rate or use a LTE Camera and pay their monthly subscription. You will need to do this through wirelessly. We can’t guaranty a strong signal at your individual unit as these are all metal buildings but will do our best to bolster that signal.

Do you offer online bill pay and auto pay?

We are a U-haul affiliate and utilize their easy pay system. Just click on our website make payment or pay bill and you automatically be taken to this site to login to your account and you can pay your bill. If you want to save $5 per month enroll in autopay and you won’t have to worry about late fees or missing a payment.

Can I book online?

Yes we have streamlined process so all leases, insurance, payment and unit assignment are all done through the booking portal. No need to meet with “management”. Just click on rent now and you will be directed to through this seamless process to create an account. Your information will be collected on U-hauls secure site and you will be ready to drop off your belongings in no time.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes we charge a security deposit and it will be returned to you when the unit is cleaned out and there is no damage.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month no matter when you moved in.

What if I move in or out in the middle of the month, do I have to pay for the full month?

We understand that everyone doesn’t move at the end of the month or first of the month. If you move in the middle of the month your rent will be prorated, meaning you will only pay the number of days from the time you signed up and completed the application process until the end of the month. If you are on auto-pay and you move out and give us a reasonable notice (10 days or more) you will receive your pro-rated rent back assuming the storage area is clean and in good shape. If you are not on auto pay we will not prorate the exit month.

If everything is online how do I access the unit and get a lock?

Once you complete the booking process you will receive your unit number. Just go to the unit and it will be ready for you to move in. You will need your own lock. You can use any lock but we recommend a disc lock that can be purchased online or at any hardware store as they are the most secure.

Should we insure our belongings?

Insurance policies for the storage units do not extend coverage to the items stored in your unit. As a U-haul affiliate we have access to SafeStore Tenant Insurance which is some of the best rates and coverage that we have seen. During check out you will have the opportunity to purchase this coverage. You can also elect to insurance your belongings through your own insurance agent. You will need to talk to your agent and upload a certificate of insurance into the system so you can move in.

When can I move in?

Once you have completed the applications and signed all of the documents online and paid with a credit card you will be assigned your unit and you can move in.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

We do have Wi-Fi and charge $5 per month to access this service. You can sign up for Wi-Fi during the check-in process. We will send you the password to your phone once you are signed up.

Is there plug ins at each unit?

There are lights on the exterior of the building but no individual units have electricity.

Can we rent a U-haul truck or trailer?

Although we are a U-haul affiliate we do not offer those services at this time.
